License

By purchasing and using Grapixe icons, you agree to the following license terms:

Permissions

1. You are permitted to use Grapixe icons, stickers, or any assets in an unlimited number of commercial and personal projects, for yourself or your clients.

2. Grapixe icons can be used in various applications, including templates, website design, software, graphic design, print, logos, and more. There is no limit to the number of product impressions.

3. You are allowed to modify Grapixe icons, stickers, or any assets to create icon variations according to your project requirements.

Limitations

1. Each project, website, theme, template, or application can use a maximum of 100 Grapixe icons, stickers, or any assets. If you need to exceed this limit, you can purchase an Extended License.

2. Open source projects are limited to using a maximum of 100 Grapixe icons, stickers, or any assets.

3. If Grapixe icons contribute to the core value of your project, an Extended License is required.

Prohibited Use

1. Sublicensing, reselling, sharing, transferring, or redistributing Grapixe icons, stickers, or any assets or modified versions of Grapixe icons is strictly prohibited.

2. Grapixe icons cannot be used in products that directly compete with Grapixe.

Clients & Contracts

1. For client projects, you can share up to 100 Grapixe icons, stickers, or any assets. To share the entire Grapixe icon library, either an extended license must be purchased, or your client needs to obtain a standard license.

Themes, Templates, UI Kits + Plugins

1. When using Grapixe icons, stickers, or any assets in templates, themes, UI kits, or plugins, you can include up to 100 icons in the downloadable source files.

2. If the product is intended for sale, the 100-icon limit can be removed by purchasing an Extended License. However, if the product is offered for free, the limit cannot be removed.

3. If Grapixe icons significantly contribute to the core value of your project, an Extended License is required.

4. The downloadable source files of such products must include the Grapixe Copyright Notice.

Open Source Projects

1. In open source projects, you can include up to 100 Grapixe icons, stickers, or any assets in the downloadable source files.

2. The downloadable source files must include the Grapixe Copyright Notice.

3. Extended License cannot be purchased for open source projects.

Teams

1. With an Iconic Pro Standard License, you can share up to 100 icons, stickers, or any assets with your team members. To remove this limit, an Extended License must be purchased. Team members are not allowed to use Grapixe icons, stickers, or any assets in other projects without obtaining a license.

Extended License

1. An Extended License is required if you want to use more than 100 Grapixe icons, stickers, or any assets in a single project, include more than 100 icons in a template, theme, UI kit, or plugin offered for sale, or if Grapixe icons significantly contribute to the core value of your project.

When using Grapixe icons, stickers, or any assets in products that offer downloadable digital files, you must include the following copyright notice:

Grapixe icons, stickers, or any assets are copyrighted. Redistribution is not permitted. Use in source and binary forms, with or without modification, is allowed if you own a Grapixe license.
